Becoming wise:
if you form a team that won the game whatever it is, then it is not yours, but belongs to the team. But if your team lose, then you're the first person to want to blame.

That's a sincerity and maturity gained. For a dose then let the world judge. because the nature of work is from a nobody into somebody, from no one to someone.
